I have a hardcover copy of Better Homes & Gardens - Fix & Freeze Cookbook with a date of 1986 for sale. The book is still in good condition. There is no staining inside. There is a name and a scribble in pen inside the front cover. The book is tight at the spine. There is some minor wear to the top and bottom of the spine, the edges of the book and the corners as well but not much. The corners are still sharp. There is a price tag on the front cover.
