We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address or addresses that are missing information. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure that their ship to address is current and correct. We will not change your shipping address by an email request. We will do everything to assist a buyer who has difficulty with delivery, but we have no control over a package after it is turned over for shipping. Most of the items we sell are acquired through estate auction sales and our own personal collections. We strive to list items as correctly as possible, but we are only human and do make mistakes. We do guarantee your satisfaction with your purchase and will offer a refund if an item was listed incorrectly. Promptly shipped my package wrapped up tight with bubble wrap, taped and then surrounded by newspaper and a handle with care, fragile sticker on the box. The peacocks came exactly as described, they have a couple scratches but I don't care one bit, it gives them character!
