I received the items broken into many pieces. The 4 crystal items were stacked together with nothing between them, and only paper around the stack. No bubble wrap! I appreciate the fast shipment, but hate that the items were destroyed due to poor packaging. Also, my puppy got a piece of the glass that fell out and almost swallowed it! At least I got it away from her and cleaned the area. I was sent a full refund, but no communication.
