Everything about the faucet is great. It even included the plumber's tape. So awesome. The store where I obtained the faucet are the best. I emailed them with my questions and they responded very quickly. And helped me decide what I would need to go with my vessel sink. Fan arrived new, as described. Unfortunately, the glass light shade was broken in shipping. Upon reaching out to the seller, they first searched their inventory, then found the replacement available on another website and promptly issued a refund for the amount of the replacement. product came bent and damaged. contacted seller he immediately sent out another shade even before receiving the damaged one back. very prompt to handle the situation and fix my problem. all though on my part did not read it was aluminum and not vinyl so that is my fault . over all it was exactly what was as described
