First off, seller doesn't respond, probably to avoid legal or ethical issues with sellers or other unknown reasons. Second, the packing and shipping from the seller is extremely solid. The package arrived well wrapped, protected, and with a small card as a physical response of sorts. The product is as described if you are a small person around the midsection and of the typical "Wide high, Narrow Low" male body type, the jackets value is well worth the money and collection. Havent received the purse yet; but, i didnt want to wait longer to give this seller a HUGE shout out. The seller noticed a descrepeancy in pricing vs what ebay ended up charging.
