Tea kettle arrived dirty, full of grease spatters, and had a dead roach in it. I was able to spend time on it, cleaning and sterilizing it, but it was obvious the seller did not clean the item before listing it. The kettle is in good working condition though. The seller did work with me on price and shipped quickly at a reasonable price. I would leave all packing materials outside your house though, so bugs won't hitchhike into your home.
