The information in the magazine is very clearly explained and up to date. The magazine did arrive somewhat bent, presumably by the post office, but the seller explained that is he keeps his prices low by not packing the magazines in a box unless the buyer pays extra. That's a fair point. I had failed to scroll down and read all the "small print." I guess even slipping a cheap piece of cardboard in the envelope increases the postage too much. Anyway, I am satisfied with the purchase.
