This was a new sealed DVD movie issued in "DVD" not Blu-Ray. It arrived in very reasonable time. The only problem was the DVD came loose and I got some scratches on the disc. I don't think the scratches will effect the play of the disc. (not the fault of the seller!) I would purchase from this seller again!
