It was as said to be "new in the box", it looks sharp and the price was the lowest on e-bay! I honestly can't find anything to unhappy about. The seller was 100% on on things he is responsible for. Fed Ex did their usual crack jack delivery job, not the sellers, they will improve someday. Seriously the clock is beautiful, the price was great, the seller's did their job perfectly, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. Thanks for a fine job.

I ordered this same kettle back in 2018 from another seller, finally gave out after all these years. So happy to have it again! My family loves this kettle. It’s brand new and exactly like described and in the photo. Was shipped fast. Packaged ok. The box got very smashed in shipping but I opened it and used it at the product is great! Remarkable service!!! I put in the order on Tuesday, and it was delivered today. Only 2 days. I live in a rural area, and it usually takes mail 3 or 4 days to reach me.
