Machine was packaged securely & was new. Much cheaper than getting it from the actual site. Sturdy little machine and I love it. What I did not like was the shipping time. It arrived much later than was advertised in the listing. It was shipped Tuesday, the day after Memorial Day but I purchased this the Thursday morning and previous week before said day. So it still took another week to arrive. Literally almost 2 weeks. Not happy about that. Got what was advertised but shipping was horrendous.
