First, I appreciate that the Seller indicated that the two HP 15 ink cartridges had expired 2011. I assumed I was taking a chance regarding the ink but at the price sold, it was worth it. The items were received very quickly and were well packaged. I put one of the cartridges into my printer and it printed great, just like a new one would. I hope the cartridge lasts awhile and that the other cartridge works as well at onset. The Seller also sent a thank you note, which was a nice touch.

The mugs arrived in good shape double wrapped for protection. The only thing I'm disappointed with is the fact that this e-bayer takes USPS bubble bags and priority boxes to use for inner packaging. This is partly why the U.S. Postal system is in financial trouble and they keep raising their rates. These bags and boxes cost us tax payers money to produce. Please use old newspapers to wrap and cushion your shipments!
