Great seller to deal with! One of the bulbs was defective and the seller immediately provided a 50% refund - including shipping! For all I know, the bulb could have been a reject directly from the factory or was damaged from being jostled around during shipping, although the packaging was perfectly fine, and absolutely no fault of the seller. Excellent. I contacted the seller because she had sent the wrong item. She immediately offered to send the ordered item along with a prepaid mailing envelope so I could return the unordered item.
