The box arrived and did have a little bit of damage, a small but visible crease to the backboard per the pics. I let CPF know, and Annie was amazing. She responded quickly and issued a nice partial refund, more than what I was expecting for it. The box itself is very sturdy, beautifully finished and light yet durable as described, and using for my collection was easy to use and install to my wall. The crease is barely visible with its contents now. I plan on using them again for other projects.
