They arrived in fantastic condition. I was so worried that the mug might get broken in the mail. They were just like the pictures and very well packed . The shipping was very quick and the price was reasonable for this quality. I have the whole set plus a full box but didn't want to touch by box yet when I was only running low on mugs. I was very pleased with this purchase from beginning to end. Communication was quick and package was on its in a day. These dishes were so well packed with bubble wrap and arrived without any damage. They were in great condition as just as described. Happy to add to my collection of Syracuse China plain white Dawn plates that I purchased at the factory get in Syracuse over 40 years ago. Quick to arrive and let me tell you, they were packed so well that there was no way the plates would be broken. Box within box, a lot of bubble wrap and protective sheets between each of the seven plates. Extremely impressed with the amount of care that went into the packaging. Each plate looks brand new. So thankful to once again have the plates I grew up eating on. Thank you so much! Wonderful experience.
