I ordered this item to be shipped as a gift to another state. When I contacted buyer asking to please include a note from me to them not only did they do it they put it on a beautiful card, gift wrapped the package and sent me pictures before it was shipped. Awesome vendor. This was advertised as new in a sealed box. In preparing the box for shipping, it was noticed that the cups could be heard loose in the box. The vendor contacted me for permission to open the box and secure the cups. That was above and beyond Customer service! The cups arrived on time in perfect condition. Very very pleased.

Received today in great condition. Well packed, great price, was as described. The shipping took longer because it was missed placed by the postal service, but it made it way to me when it was found. That was not the seller fault. Would buy from this seller again. Thanks A+
