Horrible experience. Item arrived and not as described. Requested refund and seller tried to suggest my request was not within 30 day refund policy. Whilst I delayed sending photos due to unforeseen circumstances, their product was not what I agreed to buy so pushed back and they finally agreed to refund me. Very poor form from this seller given their error. I wouldn’t purchase from them again, dodgey

We returned it. Color issue. Item was very nice, just as described, there were no defects. Good value for the money. The company was EXCELLENT in communication, and in processing the return and refund. 10 out of 10 rating! I couldn’t give them a higher recommendation! I definitely would do business with them again.

The ring that arrived was significantly different to what arrived and looked much cheaper and the stone was smaller. A partial refund was agreed on. They were easy to communicate with but I won't go through this seller again as I wouldn't have the confidence I'd receive what was pictured.
