Item did not work with the correct Blu ray player according to the item description. Contacted seller. Quick response which ended with a partial refund of the item. Good communication and the item was packed well for shipping. Purchased another remote from a different vendor with same model number and it works. This remote was defective. Would buy again from seller if needed due to communication and refund.

Seller missed a detail about the item in the description and I didn't see it in the photos. But I contacted them and they tried to make it right. I appreciated the help. They don't have great feedback, but I say give them a chance because they did fix the issue as best they could within 5 minutes of me messaging them.
