They arrived in fantastic condition. I was so worried that the mug might get broken in the mail. They were just like the pictures and very well packed . The shipping was very quick and the price was reasonable for this quality. I have the whole set plus a full box but didn't want to touch by box yet when I was only running low on mugs. We received the 4 tumblers in excellent condition. They are exactly like the seller pictured in their post: very fine condition. In addition, we are very impressed with the packaging: each tumbler had bubble wrap stuffed inside to minimize breakage, were individually wrapped in bubbe warp, they were placed inside a double box that was placed inside a bubble envelope.
