Fast shipping and fast receipt. Packaging was exactly what it needed for the journey. It's a pitty but unlike described the laptop was DOA and did not come on or charge. Not sure why. It was a great value if it had worked. But it didn't. The selller was nice and respectful throughout the transaction. Couldn't ask for more.
