Description
♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ Here is a lovely lot of two 1930s vintage Better Homes and Gardens magazines for September and October 1937. Each one is filled photos, ads, articles, and all sorts of inspiration for those interested in 1930s home decorating, furniture, interior design, gardening, cooking, and more. I've included several photos for each issue to hopefully help give you a good idea as to all the interesting info these have to offer ♡ Each magazine measures approximately 12" x 8 3/8". The September issue has 110 pages, and the October issue has 166 pages. I've lowered the price because the magazines were stored in an attic where some little critter chewed off the corner of the October issue and also some of the paper covering on the spine. Other than that, the magazines are in good condition for their age with no loose or missing pages. I don't detect any bad smell or cigarette odor, but when I put my nose right up to the pages, I did get a faint whiff of fireplace smoke and printer's ink. It's pretty much imperceptible from a reading distance but worth mentioning because I only want you to be pleasantly surprised ♡ Please see photos for details, and if you have any questions, I’m always happy to help. Together, the magazines weigh a little over 1 pound, 8 ounces unpackaged. They ship via USPS and will be wrapped with care and mailed within one business day ♡
