Item will be shipped in a 5" x 6" padded envelope (to prevent damage and comply with USPS guidelines) using regular First-Class postage. I'm not trying to get rich, however, eBay will take approximately 18% and I must cover the cost of envelopes, packaging, shipping and a trip to the post office AND they withhold 1099-K income taxes. Therefore, on orders of one or two crystals, I do not have the ability to track the package once it leaves here. If you want tracking and a guaranteed delivery time, then let me know. I can add a $5 shipping fee to your order and send it via Ground Advantage with tracking. Orders of three or more will automatically be shipped via Ground Advantage at no additional cost. All crystals are tested before I send them out. I am not an electronics engineer, and I do not assume liability or responsibility to figure out why your scanner still won't work, nor do I guarantee any results. There are a wide variety of factors that may affect reception (antenna, atmosphere, terrain, distance from transmitter, strength of signal, tuning of receiver, outside electrical interference, etc.), and the correct crystal (which has been tested) does not take into account other factors, over which I have no control and/or am not qualified to diagnose... especially from 3,000 miles away.
